meeting Vincent

Zephan watched the cat-boy for a moment, debating in his mind, and sighed. "He's interested in you is why he's doing this." Zephan said, putting another glass in front of him. "Be careful around him. you seem like a good kid."

Hisao's ears perked up a bit as Zephan began to speak once more. "I know the man has good intentions, well I would like to think so, but excuse the fact that I am wary of it." He looked Zephan in the eyes, his own burning with an intense fire. He sighed softly and downed the glass of rum. "My apologies, I do not mean to bad mouth the good man." He grinned a bit as he leaned back in the seat. "Thank you I suppose. Though I'm surprised you would call one of my career a good kid. I appreciate the compliment nonetheless." He began to talk a bit differently as he relaxed, his southern accent becoming more distinguished as time passed.

"Tsk, good man..." Zephan snorted under his breath. "Anyways, you do what you have to... Like how i have to work for a totaly idiot and a spoiled brat because i lost a bet..." Zephan grumbled, then grow depress and put his forehead on the bar and cover his head as he crouched (being so tall. "I hate my live. Oh, how I wish I could enjoy the sweet freedom of death..."

He arched an eyebrow and crossed his arms. "Because of a bet eh?" He muttered as he stroked his chin and began to run ideas in his mind. He used his index finger of his right hand to draw invisible numbers in the air to help him think. "That bad Zephan?" He asked curiously.

"Did you not hear whom i have to serve because of it?" Zephan asked.

He held up his hands and shrugged. "Touche." He couldn't help but grin a bit though. "Well I wonder if there is a way to nullify said bet." He went back to stroking his chin. "I wouldn't even give my worst enemy the job under a brat."

"Yeah, well he's the one I lost to. And 'Loans' me to that idiot Vincent whom runs this place. Myonly hope is if my brother comes back and releases me." Zephan sighed.

Hisao shook his head and shrugged. "Well I wish I could help ya, 'd rather not see someone miserable while working." He looked around the bar once more and took in the scenery. "Do you have an instruments or a jukebox around here or am I just blind?" He asked in a joking manner. He was feeling a bit anxious for some reason and he figured having a bit of atmosphere noise would help.

"Jukebox is broken." Zephan answered, "No band to night."

zephyr walked up stairs. "vincent" his voice was meek as he looked at him.

Hisao groaned and smacked his forehead against the bar before standing up and stretching. "Where do you recommend for a place to stay tonight? I might just end up wanting to sleep well for once." He turned to face the barkeep once more as he put on his coat and his hat.

"Just grab a room up stairs. No one's here but Vince and I. So any of the dozens of rooms but the very last for, and the one Vince is in, with the door open you may have." Zephan answered. "None of them are locked."



A brusted woman with silvery-blond hair, and a teen-looking male with multi-colored hair were in the room with him. The boy, leaning on his hands as he sat on the bed , smiling tauntingly at Vincent, who looked pissed. The woman tended to his nose.

"honestly, Vince, you should be more careful. Or at least stop being such a baby about the pain." The woman scold.

"Luna, right, pops. You should also stop trying to molest loli boys." The boy snickered, poking Vincent shoulder as he watches him twitched. They looked at Zephyer when spoke, and the boy laughed, "SPEAK OF THE DEVIL!"

"Shut up, Tigermon." Vincent growled, glaring at the laughing boy. "What is it, Zephyr..." Vincent sighed.

zephyr squeaked a bit. "i wanted to see if you were dpong any better. is there anything i can do to make it up to you."

Hisao gave Zephan a two fingered salute before plugging his ears back up and walking to the door. "Keep the light on for me then." He joked as he opened the door and walked outside, making his way west as he followed the street to his unknown destination.

Zephan nodded with a wave.



"I'm fine... Doesn't even really hurt no more. We're good. I kinda deserve it." Vincent laughed.

"And you'll do it aain, and aain, and again." Tigermon taunted, earning a glare from Vincet as Luna rolled her eyes. "I love you, daddy!"

"Tsk, yea, whatever." Vincent scuffed at Tigermon.

"I'd like to make it up to you. If there's anything you'd like me to do...." Zephyr then looked at the other two.

Tigermon snorted and brust to laughter. Vincent covered his mouth as he tried not to laugh, "It's fine, Zephyr. I do need anything. Besides, Tachi would beat me with a horned fish in the face."

"Oh? Why is that?" Zephyr asked and looked at the guy who was laughing.

"He doesn't like when I mess with his 'Soilders'. Also he's just fucking volinate." Vincent laughed.

"Messin with?" Zephyr looked confused.

"Picking on them, trying to 'seduce' them, playing pranks, tricking, pissing them off." Tigermon ticked off each one on his finger as he spoke them, then shrugged. "Stuff like that, ya know." Vincent glared at Tigermon the whole time.

"oh...well I'm going to go back downstairs." zephyr said

"Bye Reaper-dude!" Tigermon said waving.

"Later, Zephyr. Tell Zephan i'll be down in a bit." Vincent said with a lazy wave.

Zephyr walked back to the bar and looked at Zephan. "He seems to be in a better mood."

"Hm." Zephan grunted with a nod.
